A house with a sea and mountain view, in a quiet area, a stone's throw from the centre of town and about 20m. from the sea. The apartment is set out on two floors: on the first there are two comfortable bedrooms (double bed + single bed) and a bathroom; on the second there is a bright kitchen with a view of the bay of the new harbour bathroom and large terrace, covered with a gazebo, with a mountain and sea view. The house was completely renovated in 2008, and includes a TV and modern furnishings.
